Biggest Need
Pastor Rogers’ journey with Christ began at the age of 13 while attending his first year of secondary school. Since then, he has remained steadfast in his faith, serving under the leadership of the Finepearls church.
Pastor Rogers has faced near-death experiences twice in his life. The first occurred in 2008 when he was involved in a tragic car accident that claimed the life of his brother and left him with a fractured neck. The second incident took place in 2019 when he was attacked by robbers on his way to a ministry prayer meeting; this resulted in him being struck on the head with a brick and rendered unconscious, with blood flowing. Through these harrowing experiences, Pastor Rogers testifies to God's revelation of a greater purpose and divine calling for his life.
Attending training sessions at the RPI is transformative for Pastor Rogers, bringing understanding to the true essence of ministry. He now understands that ministry is not merely about miracles and events but about discipling souls for Christ. Additionally, he has become aware of numerous mistakes in his previous approach to Bible interpretation, realizing that his sermons were often based on guesswork rather than sound knowledge.
Pastor Rogers has been unsuccessful in searching for employment. Despite his desire to complete the RPI training, he cannot afford this type of education and training.
