RPI's relationship with rural pastors continues beyond their initial biblical training. Through ongoing discipleship, encouragement, and follow-up, pastors have opportunities to continue growing as leaders and strengthening their churches.
The program offers ongoing biblical discipleship and, where appropriate, practical vocational and agricultural training. Pastors participate in different aspects of the program according to their circumstances; not every pastor takes part in every activity.
RPI continues investing in rural pastors through biblical teaching, ongoing discipleship, and practical sustainability opportunities. These efforts are designed to strengthen pastors as they serve their families, churches, and communities.
Discipleship and ministry: Pastors are encouraged through continued study of God's Word, fellowship, and guidance as they lead their congregations.
Practical sustainability: RPI's broader program includes opportunities to learn skills that can support household stability and long-term ministry.
Growing together: Relationships with pastors continue beyond their initial training through encouragement and follow-up.
These are updates about RPI's broader program and do not indicate that Pastor Ali personally attended or participated in every activity described.

RPI depends on recurring monthly sponsorship support to keep our pastoral training programs running. Our goal is to eventually have our training operations fully funded through committed monthly supporters, allowing general donations to focus more on infrastructure and program growth.
Until that goal is reached, general donations help fill gaps in operational funding. 100% of sponsorship contributions go directly toward funding the operational needs of our training programs, while general donations help meet various needs across the ministry.
