The Intensive Village Training is a crucial way for the RPI to provide essential training to more pastors.

Our Year One Training at RPI currently trains 15 pastors annually. Through our Village Training, we are able to reach over 100 pastors at each session, making a significant impact on their lives and communities. In just four days, we cover condensed versions of our curricula on Pastoral Ministry, Theology, Finances, and Family topics.

From these village training sessions, we identify pastors who will attend the RPI in the future, while also providing spiritual encouragement and renewal to a larger group of pastors.
