Dorm Progress.jpg

This September has been full of exciting milestones for the Dormitory Project at RPI! We are officially in Phase 2 of our fundraising goal, with $9,359.30 raised toward the $150,000 needed. Every dollar represents hope, and we are deeply grateful for each person standing with us in prayer and support.

Building Progress

  • September 2 – The team began work on the second floor. With the rains letting up, nearly 20% of the site was covered with materials, and the project picked up speed.

  • September 6 – The upper walls began to rise and reinforcements were set in place.

  • September 12 – A huge praise! We received word from the site engineer that the dormitory will be ready for roofing within a week. Even more exciting, the roof will serve a dual purpose — not only providing shelter but also the capacity to harvest over 15,850 gallons of rainwater, significantly expanding our ability to share clean water with the community (on top of the 2,640 gallons we already provide).

  • September 16 – The structure reached a major milestone: ready for roofing! What an incredible testimony of God’s provision and the hard work of the building team.

Why This Matters

The dormitory is more than just a building — it’s a home for pastors-in-training, a place of fellowship, discipleship, and rest. And now, with the addition of water harvesting capacity, it will also be a source of practical blessing to the surrounding community.

We are celebrating this progress, but we still have a long way to go. Phase 2 requires $150,000, and with $9,359.30 already raised, we are trusting God to move hearts to help bring this vision to completion.

👉 Every gift — large or small — helps us move one step closer to welcoming pastors into a finished dormitory.

Together, we are building not just walls, but a legacy of hope and transformation.
