Q: How does pastoral sponsorship help?
A: Pastoral Sponsorship enables a rural pastor to get a biblical education that he could never afford otherwise. Our goal is to equip rural pastors with a foundation that combats false teachings and that gives an understanding of the bible. Also, we equip our pastors with sustainability skills to provide for their families while they serve in the ministry.
Q: How does sponsoring a pastor work?
A: Our Sponsors choose a pastor, pick their sponsorship level, and then give monthly to help educate the rural pastor.
Q: How much does it cost to sponsor a pastor through Rural Pastors International?
A: Each sponsor can choose from several monthly giving levels: $30, $60, $90, $120, or $150.
Q: Does each pastor have only one sponsor?
A: Typically, each pastor has several sponsors. However, if you choose the full giving level of $150 then you will be the only sponsor for your pastor.
Q: Is Rural Pastors International a nonprofit organization?
A: Yes. Rural Pastors International is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
Q: Can I have my sponsorship recur annually instead of monthly?
A: Online you can only choose the monthly giving option, however, if you wish to sponsor a pastor annually please contact us and we can help arrange annual sponsorship giving for you.
Q: If I chose to sponsor a pastor annually, how much would it cost?
A: Each sponsor can choose from several annual giving levels: $360, $720, $1,080, $1,440, or $1,800.

A: Rural Pastors International is the established 501(c)3 organization that supports the Rural Pastors Institute in Uganda.
Q: What is the Rural Pastors Institute?
A: The institute was formed to be the epicenter of training. At the institute pastors from rural villages come together to have a better understanding of God, ministry, and the bible. In our first-year program, pastors are instructed in Theology and study topics ranging from a systematic review of the Bible, church history, ministry application, and dissections of false doctrines and misinterpretations. After the first-year program, pastors engage in our Sustainability Program where they participate in various skills and vocational trainings.
